Day 1. July 06 | Institutional Welcome at UVP

  • Physiological demands of football performance (2 hours)
  • Fundamentals of football biomechanics (2 hours)
  • Cultural walk through Puebla’s Historic Center, Fuertes de Loreto, and Cuauhtémoc Stadium
  • Street food tasting experience (2 hours)

Day 2. July 07

  • Visit to the pueblo mágico of Cholula, archaeological ruins, and gastronomic tasting (2 hours)
  • Workshop: Prehispanic limpias and chakra alignment for athletes (2 hours)
  • Temazcal session: relaxation, physical recovery, and performance balance (4 hours)

Day 3. July 08

  • Nutrition across different stages of football training, highlighting key foods for each phase (2 hours)
  • Workshop: Designing your training menu - evidence-based supplementation for athletes (3 hours)
  • Strategic use of food and supplements in sports nutrition to enhance performance (2 hours)

Day 4. July 09

  • Visit to “El Mundo del Fútbol” Museum
  • International Football Fame Hall (Pachuca)
  • City tour of Pachuca
  • World Cup Fan Fest (Mexico vs. South Korea match)

Day 5. July 10

  • Workshop on herbal medicine applied to health and physical recovery (ointment-focused) (2 hours)
  • Prehispanic yoga workshop for body-mind connection (2 hours)
  • Prehispanic gastronomy for athletes: milpa-based diet (rice, beans, squash, and corn) (4 hours)

Day 6. July 11

  • Identifying body needs before and after training (2 hours)
  • Workshop: Physical assessment of the football player (2 hours)
  • Design of football-specific endurance tests (2 hours)
  • Workshop: Evidence-based sports intervention plan (2 hours)

Day 7. July 12

  • Free time in Puebla
  • Farewell lunch at Roof Garden Quetzalcóatl
  • Optional transfer to bus terminal or airport
