  • Mezcal tasting and product-photography practice at Palenque Mezcal El Original
  • Overnight stay in Tehuacán

Day 2. Visual Strategies for Sustainable Tourism

  • Workshop on creating visual campaigns for sustainable tourism
  • Visit to San Juan Raya and Reyes Metzontla (pottery and artisanal design)

Day 3. Atlixco- Magical Town

Izta - Popo National Park

The Izta-Popo National Park is one of the oldest protected areas in Mexico, since 1935. It covers an area of ​​39,819 hectares. In that territory millions of years ago, two giants arose that over time became icons of the Mexican natural landscape: the volcanoes Popocatépetl (Smoking Hill) and Iztaccíhuatl (White Woman); second and third highest peaks in the country.
