“Pueblo Mágico” of Cholula

Get to know the “Pueblo Mágico” of Cholula. In this tourist destination you will know one of the most iconic postcards of Puebla, the pyramid with the largest base in the world and the Church at its peak, as well as one of the most representative crafts of the state.

“Pueblo Mágico” of Atlixco

This town shares its landscape with the Popocatepetl volcano, A walk through the Atlixco main square is a magnificent experience, since you can taste delicious ice cream or delicious dishes in one of the many restaurants located there, see its historic buildings such as the Nativity Parish and the Third Order Chapel, with its magnificent mortar decorations.

Festival of Light and Life Visit the “Pueblo Mágico” of Atlixco

This festival of light, color, dance and tradition takes place in the Chignahuapan Lagoon. The story of the Festival has as its protagonist the soul of the brave warrior Teutli, accompanied by the God Xolotl, must overcome nine tests to reach Mictlán and achieve eternal rest. Being one of the most representative celebrations of the Day of the Dead in the state of Puebla.

Artist’s Quarter

The Artist’s Quarter is a space in Puebla historical downtown, located in what is known as Plazuela del Torno or del Factor, the artists, work and expose their work to the view of tourists and citizens that visit this corridor.

Street of Candy (St. 6 Oriente)

Another one of the many things that distinguish Puebla is its candy, tasty, beautiful, and with peculiar names: mostachones, marzipan, macaroons, peanut condumios, mechitas de ángel, tortitas de molletes, myrtles, muéganos, gaznates, novias, marinas and, of course, sweet potatoes and borrachitos.

Crafts Market The Parian

An ancient small square of San Roque was built in 1801. It is covered in most parts of the building in brick with Talavera tiles, very much in Puebla style. It is considered to be the first artisan market in the city and since 1961, it occupies the facilities of what was the old market called El Parián.
