En esta ocasi\u00f3n te daremos algunos par\u00e1metros a considerar para identificar lo que realmente consumimos.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Panamericana de la Salud (OPS), en varios pa\u00edses el nivel de consumo de ultra procesados se correlaciona estrechamente con la calidad de los patrones de alimentaci\u00f3n en general y se asocia con la aparici\u00f3n de dislipidemias en ni\u00f1os, riesgo de enfermedades cardiovasculares, s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico en adolescentes y obesidad en adultos. En 2022 M\u00e9xico ocup\u00f3 el quinto lugar de obesidad en el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Esto se debe a diversos factores, lo mejor que podemos hacer es empezar a practicar h\u00e1bitos saludables, realizar ejercicio, comer frutas, verduras, tomar agua y como anteriormente mencionamos, empezar a reducir el consumo de alimentos ultra procesados y az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p>Los alimentos que compramos com\u00fanmente y que pensamos libres de az\u00facar como \u201copci\u00f3n saludable\u201d pueden contener az\u00facar a pesar de que el envase contenga leyendas que digan \u201cSIN AZ\u00daCAR\u201d O \u201cSIN AZ\u00daCAR AGREGADA\u201d.
