Esta lectura nos llevar\u00e1 por el camino de un amante de la comida que recorre un nuevo pa\u00eds, prueba nuevos sabores y aprende c\u00f3mo combinarlos, al tiempo que conoce m\u00e1s de pol\u00edtica e historia de M\u00e9xico.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El libro de <b>Jaques Paires,<\/b> titulado <b>Caracoles y escamoles: Un cocinero franc\u00e9s en tiempos de Don Porfirio<\/b>, nos narra c\u00f3mo es la vida de un extranjero llegando a nuestro pa\u00eds. En cada cap\u00edtulo nuestro protagonista nos narra c\u00f3mo fue su viaje, su primera impresi\u00f3n al ver el puesto de Veracruz y c\u00f3mo fue su interacci\u00f3n con la gente mexicana. Posteriormente, nos dice como \u00e9l es ignorante del estado pol\u00edtico de nuestro pa\u00eds, \u00bfqui\u00e9n es Porfirio D\u00edaz? y \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 todos a su alrededor hablan constantemente \u00e9l?
