Y en el cuidado de cuerpo es igual. No a todos les gusta el Futbol, y no a todos les gusta el Gimnasio. Depende mucho de tu personalidad y de diversos factores, tales como tiempo, edad, situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y un largo etc\u00e9tera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy te presentamos un m\u00e9todo que es variado en ejercicios, ajustados a tu nivel de actividad f\u00edsica (ya que lo puedes dosificar de leve a intensa) de tal forma que sea agradable a su ejecuci\u00f3n y sobre todo que s\u00ed veas los cambios que deseas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este m\u00e9todo de entrenamiento fue desarrollado por Izumi Tabata, Ph.D., en el instituto Nacional de Fitness y Deporte de Tokyo, de ah\u00ed el nombre de este workout. Se basa en un periodo de trabajo reducido pero muy intenso con lo que busca maximizar los resultados en relaci\u00f3n el esfuerzo se podr\u00eda decir que esta metodolog\u00eda de entrenamiento no deja de ser un entrenamiento HIIT.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El programa Tabata es una forma de entrenamiento por intervalos que sigue el siguiente patr\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>20 segundos de trabajo +\u00a0 10 segundos de descanso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Total= 8 rondas (4 minutos de entrenamiento)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con esto observamos que el m\u00e9todo Tabata establece un esquema de trabajo, pero no determina los ejercicios que se realizan esos te tocan a ti, escogerlos y seleccionarlos seg\u00fan tu nivel de actividad f\u00edsica.\u00a0 Puede ser con un solo ejercicio, en combinaci\u00f3n con uno o varios, o con tantos ejercicios como series de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es un m\u00e9todo que es R\u00e1pido, Vers\u00e1til, y Eficiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En plataformas como YouTube encontraras que hay videos con m\u00fasica y el conteo de los tiempos de 20 segundos por 10 descanso ya codificados para que s\u00f3lo te concentres en entrenar.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4491\" src=\"https:\/\/uvp.mx\/uvpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/plank-1327256_640.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uvp.mx\/uvpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/plank-1327256_640.jpg 640w, https:\/\/uvp.mx\/uvpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/plank-1327256_640-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed que no m\u00e1s excusas, para entrenar en tu casa, en tu patio, no necesitas m\u00e1s de 5 minutos para tener un estado de vida saludable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Responsable GYM Matutino\u00a0\/ Lic.
