Ana Julia Fosado M\u00e1rquez<\/h6>\n<p>Con la aparici\u00f3n de COVID-19 en nuestro pa\u00eds, es fundamental retomar la importancia de nuestra Licenciatura. En la actualidad la tercera causa de factor predisponente para COVID-19 es la <strong>obesidad<\/strong>, como segundo lugar la <strong>diabetes mellitus<\/strong>, y en primer lugar la <strong>hipertensi\u00f3n arterial<\/strong>; si bien se consideran estas tres enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas no trasmisibles, en el \u00faltimo reporte de ENSANUT 2018 se menciona que 7 de cada 10 adultos a partir de 20 a\u00f1os son diagnosticados con obesidad, la cual es una enfermedad que desencadena la hipertensi\u00f3n arterial y diabetes, as\u00ed como dislipidemias que son las causantes de enfermedades cardiovasculares importantes, y que tambi\u00e9n generan mayor riesgo al paciente ante el COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante reforzar el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico que se encuentra comprometido debido a estas enfermedades, es por ello que al cuidar de nuestra salud debemos tomar conciencia de la importancia de acudir con un equipo multidisciplinario, que incluye desde el m\u00e9dico general, internista, especialista, y hasta el nutri\u00f3logo. Adem\u00e1s de llevar a cabo h\u00e1bitos saludables como realizar actividad f\u00edsica, ejercicio o deporte, que en conjunto con una buena alimentaci\u00f3n y nutrici\u00f3n nos ser\u00e1 de gran ayuda para defendernos contra el COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Consumir alimentos ricos en Vitamina C, A y complejo B, asegur\u00e1ndonos de que sus or\u00edgenes sean frescos y no procesados, realizando compras en mercados vecinales o supermercados donde lleguen los alimentos frescos. As\u00ed como, consumir prote\u00ednas de origen animal como pollo, pescado de preferencia o alimentos de origen vegetal como leguminosas.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, consumir l\u00edpidos o grasas como semillas que ayudan y fortalecen, como lo son las semillas, nueces, semillas de girasol, cacahuates, pistaches, sin sal o con poca sal, y beber al menos 2 litros de agua al d\u00eda, son algunas de las acciones alimenticias que podr\u00e1n ayudarnos a enfrentar este problema de salud que actualmente nos aqueja.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3067\" src=\"https:\/\/uvp.mx\/uvpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/baby-3041366_1920-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uvp.mx\/uvpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/baby-3041366_1920-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/uvp.mx\/uvpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/baby-3041366_1920-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/uvp.mx\/uvpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/baby-3041366_1920-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/uvp.mx\/uvpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/baby-3041366_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Divisi\u00f3n de Ciencias de la Salud \/ Coordinaci\u00f3n de Nutrici\u00f3n \/\u00a0L.D.N.
